the location was okay. plenty of parking was available.
The room was not serviced unless i paid an extra £10, which seemed a bit much. also, i heard staff moaning about other guests wanting breakfast. That didn't sound very professional. the room itself was quite breezy even with the windows closed.

the location is convenient, just a short walk to the seaside. i found plenty of parking available both at the front and back. the decor created a cute atmosphere. there is a restaurant on site and also two bars serving hot food.
i encountered an issue regarding breakfast. there was no breakfast option available . i found this quite disappointing. a black bra was discovered under the bed, suggesting the room had not been thoroughly cleaned.

The room was large, it included a sofa. A bath and shower existed and the shower was fantastic. The TV was massive and there were plenty of hot drinks.
The guy on reception wasn't the friendliest.

the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. the room had great decor (loved the colour scheme!). i thought the grounds were well maintained, offering a pleasant space to relax. ample parking was available, made arrival and departure simple.
the shower temperature was a little inconsistent.

the hotel is located five minutes from town and is well signposted, something , made it easy to find. it offered ample parking which I appreciated. the building itself is lovely.

our room was warm, clean and lovely. the room had good decor (though there were a couple of small chips and marks on the walls). the bathroom was spacious with all essential amenities.

the staff were helpful when we reported the tv was not working. a lady showed us to our new room and checked we were happy. she was apologetic and nice.

The staff offered friendly service and nothing was too much trouble. i enjoyed the great evening meal and the breakfast options. the room had everything i needed for a comfortable stay. It was a great experience overall.
The room could use a little tlc. That's the only thing.

the room was large and had a sofa. fresh air came in through windows overlooking the gardens and the hotel entrance. the staff i met were friendly and helpful. everyone was cute.
the hotel did not advise us about a music festival in advance. it ended at 8pm and was mostly for locals. i felt the hotel was more a local pub than a hotel .
